Do you replace windows as well as repair them?
Yes, when a window genuinely cannot be repaired. We are a repair business at heart and will never recommend or upsell replacement windows unless they are absolutely necessary.
How quickly can you come out?
Many jobs are attended the same day, and insecure properties are treated as emergencies with a 24 hour call out service.
Do you charge for quotations?
No. In-person quotations are free. We rarely quote by phone because many faults need to be inspected, although clear photographs can sometimes help us provide an estimate.
